Temporary and contract associates working for Alliance Solutions Group brands for extended periods may have the opportunity to earn Retention Pay as thanks for their hard work and commitment. Please contact your recruiter to see if your brand provides this benefit. Qualifying associates will receive bonus payments according to the following requirements.
Qualifying for Retention Pay
To become eligible for Retention Pay an associate must complete 680 hours of work on assignment during a single calendar year. These hours may be worked across multiple assignments, multiple customers and multiple time periods with gaps in between as long as they occur within the same calendar year.
Hours worked must be accumulated in one calendar year. All hours accumulated during the calendar year will reset to 0 each January 1st.
Retention Pay Bonuses
Once an associate qualifies for Retention Pay they will receive a one-time bonus payment for 8 hours of work at their current regular pay rate.
For every additional 400 hours worked on the same assignment, a one-time bonus payment for 8 hours of work at their current regular pay rate will be made.
According to these guidelines an associate is eligible to receive up to four retention pay bonuses each calendar year.
Request for Retention Pay
Please contact your recruiter to confirm eligibility. Associates must request retention pay in writing by mail or email. Requests for retention pay must occur within the same calendar year that the hours were worked.
A payrolled associate was identified and hired by our customer, not recruited and hired through an Alliance Solutions Group brand. Although they receive paychecks from Alliance, payrolled associates are not eligible for Retention Pay.
