Q: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
A: I’ve only entered one running race in my life so far, and it was a marathon that I completed in Maui, Hawaii in 2017. It was so rewarding to take on a new challenge, train for the race, and actually finish it! What a great sense of accomplishment. The scenery during the race wasn’t too bad either!

Q: What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
A: Be open-minded and be persistent in your search process. Follow-through seeking feedback after resume submissions and also after interviews. Treat your job search like a part-time job. Also, be honest in your communications with potential employers and recruiters. The more transparent you are about your talents and what you are looking for in your next position, the less likely you are going to end up in a position that is not the right fit.
