ASG Employee Spotlight: Deb Peters
A: I’ve only entered one running race in my life so far, and it was a marathon that I completed in Maui, Hawaii in 2017. It was so rewarding to take on a new challenge, train for the race, and actually finish it! What a great sense of accomplishment. The scenery during the race wasn’t too bad either!
A: Be kind, be grateful, be loving, and live life to the fullest!
A: I have two Pug dogs – a black one named Ghost and a fawn pug named Iggy
A: Ixtapa, Mexico for my honeymoon in 2014 or Iceland for my 50th birthday.
A: Every day I am helping people- either by partnering with clients to solve problems or by helping candidates navigate their job search to find the best match for their talents and interests.
A: Be open-minded and be persistent in your search process. Follow-through seeking feedback after resume submissions and also after interviews. Treat your job search like a part-time job. Also, be honest in your communications with potential employers and recruiters. The more transparent you are about your talents and what you are looking for in your next position, the less likely you are going to end up in a position that is not the right fit.
