Q: If you won the lottery and had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
A: I would take half of the money and invest. The other half I would take my entire family on a very long vacation across Europe.

Q: What was your favorite vacation?
A: My favorite vacation was when I went to southern Italy to visit my family for the first time. I saw where my great grandfather grew up and was able to attend my cousin’s wedding.
Q: What are two of your favorite hobbies?
A: My two favorite hobbies are hot yoga and exploring different hiking trails.
Q: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
A: I have the weirdest allergies! Carrots, celery, cherries, and pears…I promise I’m not making this up!
Q: If you could have dinner with any person from any time period, who would it be and why?
A: I would have dinner with Princess Diana. I recently watched a documentary about her life and have so many questions! I feel like she would give great advice.
Q: What is your favorite thing about your job?
A: My favorite thing about my job is connecting with candidates. I enjoy learning about both their professional and personal goals.
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your job?
A: The most rewarding part of my job is when candidates I have placed call me weeks later letting me know that they are really enjoying their new position.
Q: What made you want to work for Alliance Solutions Group?
A: I wanted to work for ASG because of the culture and I knew I would learn a ton from my practice leader, Mike Hoffman.
Q: Before working at Alliance Solutions Group, what was the most interesting job you had?
A: Before working at ASG I was an administrative assistant in college working for a non-profit language camp. This camp taught children how to speak Hindi, the national language of India.
Q: What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
A: Look within your network.
